It is about a quality of consciousness that is essential at this time on Earth,
regardless of our gender.
The world is changing, and many of the old masculine ways are folding in on themselves: domination, separation, power‑over, linear control, relentless doing. As those structures collapse, we are being asked to cultivate a different kind of strength — one that can hold paradox, relate across polarity, and create from wholeness rather than fracture.
The world in which many of us were shaped ran on a particular kind of logic: forge ahead, compete, dominate and contain. Control the outcome. Do more. It is not hard to see that logic fraying — in institutions, in relationships, in our own inner lives.
One way to read this moment is through the simple shift in our millennium. The 1 that led the last thousand years carries a particular energy: ego, independence, the single forward thrust of the individual will.
With the arrival of the 2, something else is being asked of us. Two implies duality — and the necessity to relate across it. It implies polarity and the willingness to hold both sides. It asks us to look beneath the surface, into the shadow and the wound and the thing we have been most determined not to see.

As the feminine rises to meet the historically dominant masculine, it doesn’t return as a stereotype. It often returns as fierce — clear, penetrating, protective, and exquisitely loving.
This course focuses on three powerful universal archetypes: Kali, Ayahuasca and Sekhmet. These are not essentially “gendered” figures, but consciousness forces that blend what we might call masculine and feminine traits in strong, fluid, penetrating ways — with unconditional love that transcends duality and catalyses radical transformation.
Through course material, exercises, and regular energy attunements and transmissions, you will develop a personal connection with each goddess — to experience their place in your life, how they work, and how they work specifically and intimately with you. Optional add-on package of three 90-minutes 1:1 mentoring calls will be available for those who want more personalised support.
The course concludes with an individual three‑week Pyramidex passage of energetic transformation to support integration of the course and the opening of new directions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this about gender? Do I need to identify as female?
No. In this work, “Goddesses” are universal archetypes — consciousness forces that move through all of us. The journey is about restoring balance and empowering wholeness, regardless of gender.
Do I need previous experience with goddess work, channelling or energy work?
You don’t need to be “good at it” already, but you do need sincerity, willingness, and capacity for deep inner work.
The structure, material, and energy attunements will guide your connection step by step.
What is meant by “divine feminine”?
By divine feminine, this does not refer to gender roles or cultural conditioning. It points to the purest primal energetics of the feminine, unshackled by culture, history and distortion — necessary for creation — such as the feminine earth that partners the masculine sky; yin to yang.
In Alpha‑Omega Two, these archetypes help restore balance not by flipping polarity into a new dominance, but by awakening a strength that can hold love and truth together — beyond duality.
Is Alpha‑Omega One required first?
Alpha‑Omega One provides a powerful foundation (life, death, transformation and integration). It’s recommended, but not essential. If you haven’t completed it, we can discuss whether your prior experience is equivalent and if Alpha‑Omega Two is appropriate now.
What if I feel resistant or afraid of Kali/Sekhmet?
That’s common. These archetypes often bring you to the edge of old conditioning around power, truth, anger, and protection.
The aim is not overwhelm — it’s clean transformation and embodied integration.
What is the Pyramidex passage? How does it work?
A dedicated three‑week energetic integration process at the end of the programme, beginning with a 1:1 call and followed by weekly written updates for support.
Pyramidex works with your chakra system, your higher‑self/soul, guides, ancestors, and the souls of all those connected to this transformation. The process is opened up for the three weeks that follow. Once a week we will exchange emails to see how you are doing and to provide any additional support or guidance.
The sessions can be likened to a gradual soul retrieval as you become more of your truest self — less encumbered by and entrenched in stories of the past. During this process, what can be likened to boulders of dense crystallisations are gradually dissolved.
Why going slowly is part of the medicine:
- You’re present to your process and keep getting to Know Thyself.
- You become aware of how changes within you are reflected in others around you and your relationships.
- Going slowly gives you time to make adjustments so changes hold.
A Pyramidex session is booked as a two‑hour session (though it’s rare that it takes that long). We begin with a short phone call (about 15–20 minutes). Then, similar to transmissions, you are “bathed in” frequencies (light gifts) to support your healing and clearing process over the next three weeks. From this session, we exchange weekly email updates, giving you a place to share what’s unfolding and to receive support and guidance as needed.
TWRR licensed consultant certification (Alpha-Omega Two licensing): What’s required?
This option is for TWRR licensed consultants who have already completed Alpha‑Omega Two and feel called to journey through it again — this time with the intention of becoming licensed to deliver the programme.
You are holding the programme as both participant and emerging consultant, so your understanding becomes embodied, practical, and deliverable.
What’s the same:
- Full Alpha‑Omega Two programme experience (material, attunements/transmissions, group calls, Pyramidex integration)
With the following additional requirements (included):
- 5 written exercise submissions across the programme
- Written feedback on each submission

MEET THE FOUNDER & Course creator
Helen Mosimann-Kogan
As a mentor to coaches, therapists, and leaders, I work at the intersection of consciousness, soul psychology and energetic transformation — helping people move through the layers of patterning, karma and conditioning that keep them from living from their fullest self.
The three forces at the heart of Alpha-Omega Two are not archetypes I have studied from a distance. Kali has been a companion throughout my decades-long transformational journey — present in every significant ending, every necessary dismantling, every moment of having to choose truth over comfort. Ayahuasca, I have worked with intensively as a guiding intelligence, a soul-mate mentor who has taken me into the deepest and most illuminating territories of my own consciousness. And Sekhmet came alive for me in Egypt — ignited through direct encounter, a fierce and fiercely loving presence who has been a guide through initiation, karma and liberation ever since.
This course exists because these three radically transformed me. The invitation is for them to work with you, too.
